By commissioning me (or buying art from me), you hereby acknowledge that you have read and agree to my terms and conditions.If you are not the Commissioner/Buyer or the Owner of the character(s), you may not use, copy, redistribute, steal, redraw, claim as yours! The work I do is exclusively for the buyer and it is NOT free to use.
The Buyer is subjected to my Terms of Use and is to use my works for personal use only.
Any art that is specifically for ARPG or species art is also subject to my Terms of Use, though with the right to submit per the ARPG'sMy art, whether commissioned or not, is NOT to be used for any AI.My preferred method of contact is Discord. Feel absolutely free to send me a message there any time. Payment ✦
My commissions are Paypal Exclusive, with the main currency as USD.I do accept any other type of currency as long as the total is equivalent to the USD amount in total, as this is my reference point for the price of my commissions.It is MANDATORY that you indicate ''No Address Needed'' as I do NOT have items to Ship.ALWAYS pay for "Goods and Services"I will re-fund any payment which does not follow this guideline as my services are for Digital Goods only.Do Not send any kind of payment until I have agreed to proceed with your commission. Doing so will result in me refunding you and possibly refusing the commission.All my commissions are subject to my ToS regardless of if it is listed or not at the time of the commission or sale.All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.Payment plans are to my own discretion and I may only offer them to people I trust as well as depending on circumstances.

My Commissions are for your Personal Use Only, NEVER Commercial.They can not be bought or sold for the purpose of using/reselling for crypto, NFTs, AI.I am allowed to use the commissioned artwork to;Promote myself within any place or site.Publish books or merchandise with, to showcase my art.To display it anywhere to my liking.Upload it wherever I want.I reserve the right to modify and/or resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.I will not draw other people's characters unless it is specifically commissioned as a Gift to them.I [me the artist]DO NOT PRINT OR SHIP,These commissions are Digital Goods and services only.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/redistributing/reposting the commissioned artwork or using it commercially (Meaning, making money off it in any way, shape or form). Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures. altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.If you break the copyright infringement or ToS in any way; every right you had to the drawing will be retracted, you will be permanently blacklisted and banned, you will be reported with a claim filed where necessary and I may take or press legal action.
You, The Buyer ✦
The commissioner is allowed to;Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.Personal use includes but is not limited to; icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.If you upload my work anywhere, it is mandatory to credit me properly and link the piece(s) back to any of my following galleries:@Zevanox (Deviantart/FurAffinity/Twitter/Discord)You may ask to remain anonymous if you do not wish to be revealed as the commissioner.
Custom Design Conditions ✦
This regards only Your artwork of a design you have purchased from meThis is NOT referring to the original artwork (made by me) that is purchased.YOUR artwork(s) of the design you buy from me is yours exclusively.The owner may make prints, merch, etc. of their own artwork featuring said design.I only need credit for creating the original design where possible, even if you have edited it to your personal liking,Any other utility such as a book character, game / video game, etc, is strictly off limits.You may resell the design.By selling, you are agreeing that the ownership will go to whomever you are selling to and you will no longer have any rights to the design(s) itself nor any art of the design you would have made or received.I can not be held responsible for a transaction you have made with another user concerning a sold design. Please be careful.II) Owners may change the design as they see fit.Owners may morph the design as they please to fit their preferences more closely.Unless the custom design is a Closed species itself, in that case do NOT turn my design into your own "Closed Species" as it becomes the property of the species owner and removes the originality and flexibility of being a standard design.

I always work my hardest to produce the best quality I can for each and every piece I doand I will do everything I can to make my commissioners happy.To ensure that I'm moving in the direction you want, I send many different approval stages, such as the sketches and lineart phases for your approval before moving onto the next part of the drawing, unless requested or mentioned otherwise.I may provide multiple sketches of poses for you to chose from, however, I reserve the right for any rejected sketches of poses or ideas to later be recycled for other commissions, YCH's, adopts, personal works, etc. to my own discretion.Please keep in mind that sketches are often very rough and do not always reflect the end result. I often fix many mistakes or missed details in the lining phase, which I also ensure to send for approval before moving forward, thus the importance of keeping an eye on your commission's progress.In so, please note that asking for changes beyond the major approval points, such as the after the lineart or coloring, may come with additional fees, especially where it was previously approved by you.If you think your work was forgotten or if I take too long, please absolutely feel free to contact me! There is likely always a reason, but you are entitled to know and I will gladly provide. Though I may not always be able to work faster, depending on a multitude of factors, such as the condition of my wrists, my workload and free time, I will always keep in mind how long you have been waiting.My approximate turnaround time for my commissions usually range from one day, up to a few weeks, as I mostly only draw on the weekends in my free time. If I don't finish a commission during the first weekend, you can expect it to go over to the next, and so on.
Refunds ✦ Forfeit
I can not afford to refund what I have worked on, however I can refund the difference of what I haven't yet worked on.I do not give any kind of refund if I have completed the work fully.Requesting refunds of this nature often for any dubious, suspicious or doubtful reasons, may lead to me declining any future commission requests from you.Pulling back the funds from me after I have completed your commission will also result in a permanent ban from commissioning me in the future. Please understand that I won't work for free as I spend a lot of time and effort on my pieces.With that said, I may decline any commission, whether I feel I can not push a satisfactory result or anything that may make me uncomfortable to work with, to my own discretion.Additionally, I reserve the right to cancel or issue a refund (partial or full depending on the progress ) after accepting or starting a commission if I feel I cannot achieve a result I or you would be happy with.Forfeiting CommissionsFor most commissions, I require your input on my progress before moving on to the next phase of your commission. As mentioned above, I give various screen captures at different points in my progress to ensure that the direction I am going in is on par with what you are expecting from me and I rely on your replies before moving on.If you do not want any interruptions or don't want me to provide the approval stages, and prefer to give me full control without any interjecting, you must let me know beforehand.Otherwise, if you do not respond to my messages and/or inquiries or if you do not contact me under any kind of form after I have tried to reach you within 1 full month, your commission will be forfeit and I will move on.(Rest assured, I will never forfeit a commission if "I" am the one responsible for the long wait times, if there ever are any on my behalf).So please, if you are going to be away for any reason before I am finished with your commission, or for an unknown amount of time, it is mandatory to let me know and to keep in touch.As I will NOT allow any form of refund and I will NOT continue or finish commission pieces that have been deemed forfeit.Also note that if for any reason, I can no longer contact you (deleted/moved accounts, etc.) and you have not let me know on how and where to contact you, I will also deem this as a forfeit.It is mainly your responsibility to keep tabs on this, as I will not continuously reach out to you after my first attempts.

The Commissioner/Buyer hereby agrees that they are 18 years+ or olderand may NOT commission me (or buy from me) for any kind of NSFW art if they are younger than 18.In so, I am NOT to be held responsible for your requests/purchases to my art/YCHs/Adopts/Commissions that is NSFW.At any given point, I reserve the right to require proof of age to complete any content that may be deemed NSFW. If I request it, and proof is either unavailable, does not follow this rule OR the commissioner is unwilling to provide legal proof of age, I reserve the right to deny the commission/purchase.
